The implementation plan includes several phases involving leadership changes, new education to APPs, a "Good Catch" award being initiated, and measurements being taken to gauge progress of the changes.
The two primary measurements which will be used are:
Re-administering the Fearless Organization survey in order to compare the results to the original one. This will identify psychological safety themes which improved and those which may need further attention.
Reassess the number of safety events submitted, to see if they have increased.
